• Depending on the technical needs of your event, union labor may be required for parts or all of the work.

1. Download and complete a blank Tech Request Diagram for the appropriate room:

2. Complete the online Event Tech Request Form below (you will attach your diagram before you submit the form)

Please note that in order to properly schedule labor, Event Tech Requests are due a MINIMUM of 14 Days before your desired set up date.
