Announcements & General Info

March 15, 2022: New COVID Safety Team Contact Info
To streamline support for COVID questions and concerns (illness, testing, safety procedures, etc.), please direct all COVID inquiries to [email protected] or (612) 342-9573 (voice calls only / no texts).  Emails will be replied to by the first available COVID Plan Supervisor or Safety Manager, and phone calls will automatically forward to the on-call Supervisor or Manager.

January 27, 2022: New Ordway Entry Procedures
MNOP Artists and Staff will now sign in and out at the Ordway Stage Door using touch pads with the Splan visitor management system.  Please review the MNOP Splan Ordway Entry Guide for a brief explanation of how the system works.  Prior to your first visit for each production, all personnel will receive an email with a QR code that can be scanned to expedite entry.  If you prefer not to use the QR code, you will also have the option to enter your name and/or email address to search for your record and sign in.  Please note: MNOP employees with Ordway electronic access cards will continue to swipe your cards on the readers for entry and exit and do NOT need to sign in via the touch pads.

August 6, 2021: Propared Schedules
MNOP has launched Propared as our new scheduling platform to more efficiently manage our facilities, events, personnel, and resources.  Visit our new Schedules page for links to the Propared calendar feeds, and review our MNOP Artists Propared User Guide for tips to navigate the platform and sync calendar feeds with your preferred scheduling app.
