Event Tech Request

In order to request Scene Shop or IT assistance with set up for an event, please complete the following steps. Note this form is just one part of the Event Procedures Road Map.

1. Download and complete a blank Tech Request Diagram for the appropriate room:

2. Complete the online Event Tech Request Form below (you will attach your diagram before you submit the form)

Please note that in order to properly schedule labor, Event Tech Requests are due a MINIMUM of one week before your desired set up date.
