Rehearsal Guest Visit Form

Please complete this form if you have non-MNOP personnel that you would like to invite to rehearsal. Requests should be made at least 48hours in advance. You will receive an email from a member of Production or Artistic once your guest visit has been approved.

The MNOP Staff member arranging the visit who will attend rehearsal with the guest(s).
Please include the preferred date and time that you would like to attend rehearsal with your guest(s). List multiple dates if you have the flexibility. The rehearsal schedule may be viewed on the Company Calendar.
Any information about the guest(s) we should know. Ex: Are they a donor, board member, community member, etc…
